Flyte Consulting was founded in 1995 by Organizational Development Consultant, Dignan Banes and Business Development Consultant, Robert White. These two leaders had one goal in mind: "To impart to others the effectual and fervent desire to achieve significance in one's life work. It is critical that each individual, each team, each organization find and harness this desire which serves, ultimately, as the roadmap to joyful endeavors and measurable success.
